This product effectively removes phosphates, which are nutrients that promote algae growth, from pond water.It can quickly reduce phosphate levels below the 0.035 mg/l threshold necessary for algae to thrive. By using this product, you can sustainably protect your pond from excessive algae growth. Each 500ml bottle of PhosLess Direct can bind up to 110g of phosphate. Its multi-component system works rapidly to remove phosphates from the water, and its easy dosage makes application simple. This product is also ideal for preventing algae over the winter months, as it acts purely through physical processes.

Application Instructions:

• Evenly distribute approximately 50ml of the product for every 1000 litres of pond water, applying it over the surface in still conditions.
• Avoid direct application over plants.
• Ensure adequate mixing within the pond.
• During application, the water may appear white or red, indicating the product is taking effect.
• Temporarily reduce the filter output while applying the product, and ensure proper aeration.
• If the water clears up after 24 hours, you can suction or filter out the precipitated active ingredient complex from the water.
• Any remaining residues are completely harmless and will continue to bind phosphates for an extended period.
• Depending on the nutrient load, repeat the dosage every 6-8 weeks as needed.
